Mark Torocco and Customer Service

I was talking to a friend who works for a large Air Conditioning company in SW Florida.  They have over 250 employees.  and have been around since the 60 so they say.  Sounds good right, At first glance they must be doing something right,  At first when I started my company, I too wanted to grow like that, But with that comes problems and why my company should not become like the friend  works for

First and foremost I want to know all of my Customers,  I want everyone access to me

I know I cannot run every call but I want my techs to know the accounts they are working on.

I would expect that when a customer calls they get the same tech,  Sometime that is not possible in emergency’s but wouldn’t it be nice to know that if there are additional problems the same person is at your door who knows the history of the account.

Every Customer matters,  I hate losing Customers and sometimes that is inevitable but I feel that every customers matters and we will do what we can to meet there needs.

We are not a used care lot.  I don’t pretend to be your friend until the sale is made,  With our company we will always remember who you are and your needs.

Remember most techs in the area call me for repair advise,  Feel free to call us with any of your HVAC needs
